| Riding Sessions from $110*Riding is more fun when you know how! Our instructors are eager to help you and your children learn in a safe, supportive environment. We match you with a horse that's right for your skill and confidence level, and we always make safety our first priority. We ride 7 days a week however a booking is recommended generally a week ahead to secure a session. Private, semi-private and group lessons available *30 minute private riding lesson Trail Riding from $105*Enjoy the Aussie bush as you've never experienced it -- from horseback! We have honest, reliable horses, experienced trail leaders, and beautiful bushland for you to ride through. You can choose from a half-hour, hour, or hour and a half horse ride. Or you can combine your horse ride with one of our terrific package tours -- they're great value, and lots of fun! We also Welcome Large Groups *30 minute Ranch Trail |
Day Camps from $250
During school holidays, we offer a fun and exciting opportunity for your children. What child wouldn't love the chance to learn about, take care of, and ride a horse/pony for a whole day?
Group and private day camps are available; both run from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and include lunch, morning tea, drinks, horse/pony hire, instruction, and a special treat at the end of the day. (If you need to drop your child off earlier or pick them up later, please arrange this with us prior to the day.)
Deposit Required
Pony Play Camps from $180Pony Play Camps are half day camps catering for children aged 5 to 7 years. These camps start at 9am and 1pm during school holidays. Cost is $180.00 which includes horse hire, instruction, morning/afternoon tea and a Certificate of Participation. Numbers are limited so as to keep the groups smaller for the littlies. Pony Play Camps are run Tuesdays & Thursdays in the School Holidays. Deposit required Contact us for more details. |

Darkes Forest Saddle Club
Saddle Club is a children’s Equine based Educational group that meets once a month. The program, in it's entirety runs for 5 years. Saddle club is held once a month on Saturdays or Sundays for 3 hours either in the morning 9am- 12pm or afternoon 1pm to 4pm. Each session includes theory notes, instructed riding lesson, theory practice related to the subject and riding games. Your child’s progression will be assessed and if required additional individual sessions may be recommended.
*Please note Saddle Club is not riding based for individuals rather a discounted group session and therefore the groups safety is paramount ie riders may not ride to their individual ability
Saddle Club is $100 to register, this includes a t- shirt that students wear each session and a theory folder that they need to bring each time they attend.
Each session is an additional $170, which includes their tuition and horse hire.
